Booking rules

Applications for booking are accepted not less than 5 working days prior to arrival date. Information about booking will be sent to your e-mail address during 3 working days after receiving the application.

Before you will fill in the application for booking of a tour, or some service (a hotel, a transfer, a visa support or other), make sure that the chosen service is available for the period of time you are interested in. For example, during a high season the availability of rooms constantly varies and it may be difficult to find desirable hotel at the moment of order registration. And it could also be that there are no available places left in some tour etc. So let us know all your wishes, ask questions you are interested in. Once you have made your choice and decisions, fill in an application form with all details, sign it with own hand, then sign the Contract on granting of tourist services with own hand too, and send them to us via e-mail.

Within 1-3 days you will receive an invoice for advance payment from us - 30 % from cost of the given service (the tour). After receiving the payment, we will send you the confirmation of the booking. Full payment of tour or some service is made according to the Contract. After full payment The Tourist Voucher will be sent to you. Original documents (Tourist Voucher, etc) will be sent by post (at the expense of our company), by express services and/or DHL (it is paid by the tourist separately).

Bookings by telephone are not valid.

Changes to the approved application are not accepted and not made. Any changes after the approving of the application are considered as additional expenses and are paid in addition.

Please pay special attention on filling all the details to the application form, and also on the additional information on the booking, which is given. Negligence could lead to a refusal of a booking.

You can book a tour on our website through the on-line booking system and pay with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Also, you can book airline tickets on-line from our website.

P.S. Please, note, that in the holiday peak season (New Year holidays, etc.), or with special events (football, exhibitions, etc.), hotels have their special conditions of cancellation. So in case of a tour cancellation we will be forced to execute MORE severe penalties in addition to the existing conditions of annulment, which can range from 25 % to 100 %. Therefore, the advance payment sum of such tour should cover the penal sanctions.
